Team Demo Produces “Crime Wave” for 50 Cent

50 Cent’s new album, “Before I Self-Destruct,” includes the song, “Crime Wave,” produced by our production staff, Team Demo.  The album will be available November 16th.  The song is also featured in the highly anticipated video game, “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2,” available November 10th.

Team Demo’s relationship with the Shady/ G-Unit family began in 2005, when Shady A&R, Riggs Morales, took an interest in the crew’s production work.  Since then, Team Demo has produced tracks for Shady artists such as Obie Trice as well as other development projects, but none of the work was ever massively exposed.  Team Demo finally received word in early 2009 that 50 Cent wished to purchase a Team Demo track for his forthcoming album.  The music was prepared and tracked at Depth Charge Studios in February, and the song was wrapped up by early Spring.
